Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchange

My main priority is that you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your new garment, please contact me within 3 days of your purchase to receive an exchange or refund. Once your return request has been accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send the garment back to me.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If your items were purchased with a "free shipping" offer, $5-$13 will be deducted from your refund.
Custom-made items, sale items and items altered by special request are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refund / exchange will be issued after I receive the garment in its original condition.

Gift Wrapping
Your order is wrapped beautifully in wrapping paper and finished off with a tied ribbon, ready for gift giving. All orders include an Urbanic Tribe tote bag. If your order is a gift and you’d like a personal note included in the parcel, please mark your order as a gift and leave your message in the “note to seller” at checkout or contact me.
