My main priority is that you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your new garment, please contact me within 3 days of your purchase to receive an exchange or refund. Once your return request has been accepted, I will send you instructions on how to send the garment back to me.
Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If your items were purchased with a "free shipping" offer, $5-$13 will be deducted from your refund.
Custom-made items, sale items and items altered by special request are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refund / exchange will be issued after I receive the garment in its original condition.
